Returns

We want you to love your LUNAR purchases! If you’re not completely happy and would like to return a product, we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund your purchase, subject to our Terms and Conditions. To make things even easier, we’ll send a friendly courier right to your door to collect your return at no charge. Simply email us at info@lunarlife.co.za or WhatsApp 064 002 1449, and we’ll arrange everything.


Returns Procedure

All returns must:

  • Be received in the condition in which they were sent.
  • Not have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Include all original tags and be returned in their original packaging.

For all exchanges and returns, please contact us at info@lunarlife.co.za or WhatsApp 064 002 1449 within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Include:

  1. Your purchase details.
  2. Order number.
  3. Reason for return.
  4. Whether you’d prefer a credit, exchange, or refund.

Additionally, provide the physical address for the return collection, and we will arrange a courier free of charge.


Returns Policy

  • Returns for refunds must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and are subject to garment inspection and criteria.
  • Refunds take up to 10 working days to process and may require an additional 1–4 days to reflect in your bank account.

Exchanges Policy

  • Product exchanges can be initiated within 21 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Credit and Refunds

  • Store credits are processed within 2 days after the return is received and approved. A voucher code will be emailed to you for future purchases and will be valid for 6 months.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days, excluding additional banking processing times.

  • No returns will be accepted on sale items.
  • Returns and exchanges must comply with our full Terms & Conditions for eligibility.
