We want you to love your LUNAR purchases, so if you’re not completely happy and would like to return a product we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase subject to our Terms and Conditions. We will even send a friendly courier right to your door to collect at no charge! Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 064 002 1449 and we will arrange everything.
All returns must be received in the condition in which they were sent. They must not have been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in the original packaging.
For all exchanges and returns please contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp 064 002 1449 within 3 days of receiving your delivery. In the email, include the details of your purchase, order number, reason for return and whether you would like a credit/exchange/refund.
If you are in a major centre (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria or Polokwane) please include the physical address you would like the return to be collected from and we will arrange a courier free of charge.
If you are in an outlying area it is up to you to arrange a courier and the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely. We recommend you insure your return package.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will acknowledge receipt of the return and send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your credit/refund/exchange request.
In the case of a store credit, a voucher code will be emailed to you within 2 days. This voucher code can be used for any other future purchases and is valid for 6 months.
Refunds have a processing time of 10 working days and may take an additional 1-4 days to reflect in your bank account.
Exchanges are subject to availability and will be sent after receiving your returned item in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
