Returns

  • All returns must be received in the condition in which they were sent.
  • Returned items must:
    • Not have been worn, altered, or washed.
    • Include all original tags.
    • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Regularly priced items can be returned within 7 days from the day goods were delivered for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Returns for sale or promotional items are not permitted.

For exchanges, please include a written description of the desired replacement items.


Processing of Returns and Exchanges

  • Returned goods will undergo a quality control check upon receipt.
  • Refunds or credits will only be issued, and exchange items dispatched, once the returned goods have been inspected and approved.
  • Credits: A voucher code will be emailed within 2 days of approval. This code can be used for future purchases and is valid for 6 months.
  • Refunds: Processing takes 10 working days, with an additional 1–4 days for bank processing.

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if these Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.


International Returns and Exchanges
