Meet Dudu
Dudu Moyane is our incredibly talented beader and expert finisher. Dudu has been with our team since 2009, and we couldn’t be luckier. In our studio, Dudu’s enthusiasm is like a burst of sunshine, spreading positivity wherever she goes. Her skill and quick hands make all the intricate handwork seem like a breeze (which it’s not- believe us we’ve tried!).
Dudu has a son, a daughter, and a beautiful granddaughter who she says keeps her active and feeling young.
Meet Nicola
Nicola Luther is LUNAR’s owner, creative director, head designer, and more! With a wide knowledge of fashion and form, Nicola has built on LUNAR’s eco-conscious legacy. Her passion for sustainable textiles and eco-practices comes through in every aspect of the business.
You will often find Nicola in the studio, heartily chatting with customers, working on new styles, building the brand, or a bit of everything. Her infectious smile and kindness shine brightly as she goes.
Meet Sonia
Sonia Tshabalala is LUNAR's expert seamstress and knowledgeable advisor. Sonia has been an integral part of the team since 2008, bringing your favourite LUNAR styles to life.
You will usually find Sonia in deep concentration as she meticulously sews in our studio. Even when she is most focussed, her well-timed jokes and quick wit will have you in stitches!Sonia’s hard-working spirit and giant heart is evident in the way she cares for her family, which she loves dearly.
